The $1495 does not cover a DUI trial, but DUI trials are actually quite rare because most cases settle with a plea bargain.

Better still is that our firm offers payment plans as low as $299 down and then four monthly payments of $299 for a first time DUI. That's only $1495 total cost for first time DUI.
